This brief presentation provides an overview of the Class of 2027 program, eligibility requirements, application process, important dates, and the counselor’s role in assisting applicants.

Counselor Submission Instructions

• Complete the counselor section and attach the student’s official transcript.

• Make one photocopy of the completed, signed application.

• Submit the signed original and one photocopy to Cotillion for Achievement. Do not add other sheets except the official transcript and, if needed, an additional official References page.
